Red Lotus Consulting is a race equity and justice service boutique that is all about creating and holding spaces of compassion for organizations. Our work rests upon amplifying and integrating the personal narratives, lived experiences, and truths of every person in a room, and allowing these elements to enhance the richness and effectiveness of an organization.

We take on the challenge of stepping into the often awkward and uncomfortable conversations around race in order for our clients to gain a deeper level of understanding and clarity on the ways in which race impacts our ability to connect to each other. And from this point of understanding and clarity, we then work with our clients to develop an organizational environment that is more inclusive, equitable, and just.

1:1 Racial Justice Coaching for white bodies
Our team of Associates offer 1:1 coaching packages for white-bodied people to go deeper in their personal DEI / anti-racist journey, including how to integrate what they are learning about whiteness through mindfulness practices, intention setting, and actionable ways to disrupt racism. We work closely with you to find the best coaching fit, and guide you through a process of cultivating a grounded and effective anti-racist practice in both your personal and professional life.

The Path: Conversations for Racial Transformation
The Path holds space for those who are grappling with a gut wrenching feeling that race-based aggressions directed towards impacted communities is an attack to their own community and humanity. Participants are invited into a space where they are guided on a path of personal reflection and action.

The workshop serves as an invitation for participants to embrace the truth of our mutual liberation by developing their own capacities to have more meaningful and truthful conversations about race and racism first with themselves- and from there, with the children and young people in their lives.

Transformation From The Margins Out
Transformation From The Margins Out allows for an internal assessment of a specific DEI related program, initiative, or service in your community. Centering the experiences and wisdom of an organization's most impacted members, this short-term contract utilizes qualitative research (exceptional writing, listening, and interviewing ability), and includes 70 – 80 hours dedicated to identifying key insights, lessons, and recommendations from a series of debrief sessions within the timeframe of the STC.

Queering The Art Of Leadership |
Queering the Art of Leadership provides a container for truthful and interactive conversations to emerge. Participants self-select specific aspects of leadership (i.e. communication, position, or even the very definition of leadership) that the group will focus on throughout the workshop. The purpose of the workshop is to invoke a collaborative and creative process of redefining and reshaping the art of leadership in such a manner that it truly becomes queer: where it becomes that which does not reproduce the status quo of white supremacy.
